For years I did the work of looking good on the outside while quietly abandoning myself underneath. The change didn't come from one more book or one more morning routine — it came when I finally cleared what was buried, and stopped running from the parts of me I'd been taught to hide.
Now I guide men and women through that same expansion. My work weaves depth psychology, shadow work, and somatic and energy healing — clearing the patterns and old identity in your way so a new one can take root. This isn't about fixing you. It's about elevated thinking, more magic, and rising into the divine potential that was always yours.
And it's dharmic work, too. Once the heaviness clears, we come home to your true nature and your purpose — and you learn to meet life with more joy, more play, and the freedom to live as your most liberated, authentic self.
I bring real training to this work — a decade as a board-certified bodyworker, certification as a holistic coach in neuro- and positive psychology, and a dedicated Jungian practice rooted in depth and psycho-spiritual work.
